How do I become a member?
To become a panel member, click
here. Completion of the form will take only about a minute.
What is the cost of panel membership?
Membership is free.
Will I be compensated for survey participation?
Yes. Each time you complete a survey, you earn TekPoints™ that are directly redeemable for cash. Compensation for surveys varies, but you will receive at least 200 TekPoints per completed survey. Compensation for the survey is stated at the beginning of each survey. Each survey invitation indicates the amount of TekPoints you will receive for completing the survey, and once you reach 1,000 TekPoints, you can redeem for cash.
How do I redeem my TekPoints?
Once you have accumulated 1,000 TekPoints, you may redeem them for a value equivalent to $50.00 USD in your local currency (where available). To redeem your TekPoints, login to your TechSay account, select TekPoints tab and click on Redeem. You will then be mailed a check to your address in your local currency. You should receive a check within 4-6 weeks within North America and 6-8 weeks everywhere else.

What are my responsibilities as a member of TechSay?
If you participate in a study, you will be responsible for thoughtfully and
truthfully completing the study in a way that reflects your opinion.
How often will I participate in surveys?
Based on the information provided during the registration process, TechSay
will send you a survey invitation whenever relevant surveys are available.
You may receive several e-mail requests per month to participate in online
surveys. You will be able to quickly review the nature and requirements of
a given survey and decide in seconds whether to participate. You can participate
in as many or as few surveys as you wish.
How is my privacy protected?
How can I change or update my registration information?
You can change your information by logging into the site and going to the
"My Account" page. If you would prefer, you can contact
us directly and we
will gladly make the changes for you.
How can I cancel my TechSay membership?
We expect that your experience with us will be positive and mutually beneficial.
However, should you decide to no longer participate in our community, you may
cancel your account here.
Why I am not allowed to change my first name?
To protect your security and privacy, we have implemented safeguards to prevent commonly known tactics that can be used by others to manipulate member information and redeem your well-earned TekPoints. In the unlikely case that your first name does indeed need to be altered, please contact us and we will be happy to make the change for you.
